Drew has been truly transformative at Carrum, with an inclusive approach that has supported rowers of all ages and abilities to achieve the very best that they can. Drew’s guidance and processes has led us to success at state and national level and seen club membership continue to grow with each successive season. Plus - he’s a legend. We are so incredibly thankful for Drew and everything he does for our club and couldn’t be prouder to see him receive this incredible acknowledgement. Congratulations Drew!
